Banana, Yoghurt & Peanut Butter Cake

This is a great recipe from Rachel Maine which makes a great training snack or a post ride treat.  (1cake = 20 servings)



340 g Greek yogurt 

2 bananas (300 g)

100 g whey protein powder (I used vanilla flavour but you can also use chocolate or any flavour you like)

3 eggs

50 g peanut butter



Pre-heat the oven at 180°C

Mash the bananas

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix

Pour the mixture in a silicone baking tin (cake tin 20 cm)

Put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C

Let the cake cool off before removing from tin

Carbohydrates: 4.2 g (sugars 3.7 g = banana)

Fat: 2.3 g (Saturated 0.5 g)
